1031 exchange facilitator

 

Though Charlotte has retired from the daily operations at Archer Group in the summer of 2006, she is still in attendance.  She is engaged for special projects, but spends most of her time operating her 1031 business, Archer F.S., Inc.  She also cares for her charming grandson, Archer, in their own little world of office and toddler toys.  They confer regularly on whether to attend the Monday or the Tuesday session of library story time.
