Joni is manager of Archer Group's audit department.

After having worked for ten years in the accounting department of a large corporation in Eastern Washington, Joni graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Management.  Returning to University, she received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1991 and immediately began her career in public accounting. Joni is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. She volunteers time as treasurer of a Lynden home owner's association's board.

When not reconciling accounts or finalizing financial statements, Joni loves nothing more than to dig her fingers in her abundant flower beds.  During the season, Joni generously shares her prolific productions with us by keeping our office supplied with the most colorful and fragrant array of flowers.  One of her other talents, photography, can be enjoyed in the numerous albums she produces for the sheer pleasure of capturing an event, a wedding, a birthday, an office party.  Her keen eye and trigger happy finger can snap a moment that is later memorialized in one of her creative albums. 

Clients appreciate Joni's patience and willingness to go the extra mile to help them be and stay organized.  She is experienced in all phases of auditing for-profit organizations, non-profit organizations, and pensions. She also has vast experience on all phases of financial statement engagements, tax preparation, and accounting services.
